HOTEL INFORMATION

Located within the Alder, the 320 square foot King Room is equipped with the following: One King Bed Pull out sofa in every room, Fold out desk, In room coffee maker, 55 inch Flat screen television, Malin & Goetz amenities, iHome alarm clock & docking station. ADA Accessible rooms available upon request.

SUPPLIER SHOWCASE | FOR SUPPLIER MEMBERS ONLY
NYSBCA offers a “Supplier Showcase” on Friday, October 20, 2023, to provide an opportunity for our Supplier members to connect in person with our school bus contractor members and industry colleagues to create new business relationships and strengthen existing ones.
The “Supplier Showcase” is an informal networking opportunity in a ballroom setting that includes 6' display tables. You are welcome to set up your table with your promotional materials and a tabletop display. Depending on the meeting room space for our general sessions, supplier “display tables” will be placed inside the meeting room or in the pre-function space next to the NYSBCA registration area.
To participate in the “Supplier Showcase,” you must be a member at the Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Lithium-ion level member. Basic-level members can upgrade their membership to participate. The attendee registration fee is included. You may need to purchase additional attendee registrations depending on your membership level and the number of people attending.

HOW TO SIGN-UP FOR THE SUPPLIER SHOWCASE
- Current members, complete the "Supplier Showcase" application.
- Current "Basic" members can upgrade their membership to the Bronze, Silver, or Gold level. The amount you already paid for "Basic" will be applied to your upgraded level.
- Non-members, become a member be signing up at nysbca.com/Join-Us-Suppliers and select the Bronze, Silver, or Gold level. Note the "Basic" level does NOT include the Supplier Showcase.
- Once you have become a member, then complete the "Supplier Showcase " application.
NEW THIS YEAR! Speed Networking with Suppliers & School Bus Contractors Session
Friday, October 20, 2023 | 2:15 PM – 3:00 PM
The speed networking event aims to allow Suppliers to connect one-on-one with (3) Contractors to give your elevator pitch in 11 minutes to open the door and build a connection for further discussions. This is a fast-paced networking event. The Supplier's responsibility is to be prepared beforehand on how you want to maximize your time for each one-on-one session. Deadline to sign up is Friday, October 6th. If you already registered for the Supplier Showcase, send an email to NYSBCA that you want to participate. If you haven't signed up yet click here, there will be an option to select "yes" I want to participate in the Speed Networking Session. NYSBCA EVENT POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received after September 26 are not eligible for a refund. Thank you for your donation to support NYSBCA. Refunds will not be available for no-shows. If you cannot attend, you may send an alternate without an additional charge. Email NYSBCA your replacement contact information no later than October 16. Cancellations received by September 26 in writing will be charged a $25.00 processing fee that will be deducted from your registration fee. There is NO refund for Supplier membership dues to participate in the Supplier Showcase.
Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, NYSBCA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registration to NYSBCA's use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or NYSBCA's images or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events activities. Unless you inform NYSBCA that you object, permission is assumed.
