Attendee Registration Rates:

Members: $395 (until 9/22) | $495 (after 9/22)
Non-Members: $495 (until 9/22) | $595 (after 9/22)

If the Member Rate is greyed out, the reasons are:

You are not logged into the system.
Your email is not in our system as a member. The "account coordinator" of your NYSBCA membership account will need to add your email to your company's membership bundle. Click here for instructions.
You are not a current member and do not have access to the discounted member rate.

Supplier Member Complimentary Attendee Registration Packages

Supplier members must log in to access their complimentary registrations, which are determined by their membership level. If you are unsure of your supplier level, please email NYSBCA.

Bronze Supplier Members receive (1) complimentary attendee registration.

Silver Supplier Members receive (3) complimentary attendee registrations.

Gold Supplier Members receive (4) complimentary attendee registrations.

Platinum Supplier Members receive (5) complimentary attendee registrations.

Lithium-ion Supplier Members receive (6) complimentary attendee registrations.

Supplier Members: If the system allows additional complimentary registrations outside your membership package, you will be invoiced for complimentary attendee registrations that should be paid. You cannot gift your complimentary registrations. Complimentary attendee registrations are only available to representatives within your company who have been added to your membership bundle in our system. Registrations will be monitored and canceled if they do not follow our terms.

NYSBCA offers a “Supplier Showcase” on Friday, October 23, 2026, to provide an opportunity for our Supplier members to connect in person with our school bus contractor members and industry colleagues to create new business relationships and strengthen existing ones.

Click the "Register" button located in the left column to register.

Please note: You will not be able to proceed with registration unless your email is already listed in our system as a member under one of the supplier categories eligible for the showcase.

To participate in the “Supplier Showcase" and the "Speed Networking Session,” you must be a member at the Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Lithium-ion level. Not a member, join here and, once approved, you’ll receive a welcome email with registration access.

Contact NYSBCA if you are currently a "Basic" supplier member at the $700 level to upgrade your membership to participate, or if you are unsure of your membership level.

Please review the Supplier Showcase Guide, which provides all the necessary details regarding setup, breakdown, table assignments, shipping instructions, and AV orders.

ALL supplier representatives attending the Annual Convention must ALSO register as attendees.
The attendee registration fee is included with your Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Lithium-ion dues.
The number of ”Complimentary” attendee registration(s) varies depending on your membership level. If you are unsure of your membership level, contact NYSBCA.
The cost for additional attendees is $395. *After 9/22, the registration fee increases by $100.
The attendee registration fee includes access to all sessions and all meals.
