Sponsorships range from $475 to $12,500. See below for available sponsorship opportunities.  On behalf of the Board of Directors of the New York School Bus Contractors Association we want to thank the sponsors that have committed to supporting our 2021 Annual Convention.

What is the New York School Bus Contractors Association?  

The New York School Bus Contractors Association (NYSBCA), is the "voice of the industry", representing over two hundred bus companies, operating over 28,000 school vehicles in New York State and transporting over two million children each day, for a total of 100 million miles yearly.

        Come and join us at the New York School Bus Contractors Association (NYSBCA) Annual Convention being held on October 15-17, 2021 at the TWA Hotel, JFK Airport in NY.

        SPONSOR SHOWCASE

        As a BONUS to our sponsors, each is given the opportunity to participate in our SPONSOR SHOWCASE on Saturday, October 16, 2021, beginning at 8:15am.  You will be able to listen to the general sessions with the attendees inside the room.  There will be a coffee break in the room from 10:30 – 10:45am and again from 2:45 – 3:00pm, as well as a light lunch from 12:00 – 1:00pm. 

        Each sponsor will have a 6-foot, skirted table on which you can put your booth, display, product and/or brochures.  While we won't have security, you do not have to be present at your table throughout the day.  Though we have two official breaks and a lunch set in the room throughout the day, contractors will be in and out of the room all day.

        PLEASE NOTE: to attend the Annual Convention, registration is required in addition to your sponsorship. Depending on your sponsorship level, you will receive a discount on your delegate registration fee.

        • $475 General Sponsorship - Help support the Association with a general sponsorship to help underwrite general convention expenses.
          SPONSOR BENEFITS:

          • Sponsor/Supplier Vendor Table: You will receive a 6’ skirted table with 2 chairs inside the meeting room space to promote your product and services. (Optional)

          • Note registration is in addition to your sponsorship.

          • Listing in newsletter, on NYSBCA’S website and in all convention marketing materials.
          • Company promotional materials/brochures included in the Annual Convention registration packet.
          • Special promotional handout in registration packet highlighting company’s services with a description and contact information (as supplied to NYSBCA by the company).
          •  Electronic list of convention attendees’ contact information supplied pre- and post-convention.

        • $875 Delegate Registration Snack Break (Friday) - Meet and greet delegates and guests as they arrive for the convention.

        • $1,300 All Workshop Speakers - Workshop speakers are the heart of the convention.  Get your company recognized throughout the day.

          • Note registration is in addition to your sponsorship.

          • One (1) Annual Convention registration, 25% discount
          • Note registration is in addition to your sponsorship.
          • Opportunity to participate in the “Five Minutes of Fame” Workshop for your company to address the delegates on Sat. 10/16 during Lunch at 12pm. (Optional)  
        • $2,250 Registration Giveaways - Have your company promoted throughout the convention by having your logo on each of the registration giveaways.

        ABOUT 5 MINUTES OF FAME WORKSHOP OPPORTUNITY

        • The “Five Minutes of Fame” workshop is an opportunity for your company to address the delegates during Saturday’s lunch at 12:00 pm.  
        • Each company will have five minutes to make a presentation on your company’s product(s) and benefits to using them.
        • ONLY SPONSORS are allowed to participate in the “Five Minutes of Fame” workshop opportunity during lunch on Saturday.
        • Participation in the “Five Minutes of Fame” workshop is optional.  Please let us know if you plan to participate.

        REGISTRATION LISTS

        We will supply an electronic list of convention attendees to you on Friday, October 8th.  Additionally, we will send you the final attendee list after the convention is over.

        DELEGATE REGISTRATION: To attend the Annual Convention, registration is required in addition to your sponsorship.
        Depending on your sponsorship level, you will receive a discount on the registration fee.
