MANAGING YOUR NYSBCA MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT
NYSBCA's cloud-based membership software allows members to update their contact information in real-time at their convenience. SEE THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW. If you have questions or are having technical difficulties with the system, email NYSBCA.
FIRST STEP - ADD BOTH EMAILS TO YOUR SAFE SENDERS LIST
To ensure you receive our email notifications, please add both email addresses to your "safe senders list" so your email server does not block our email messages.
ABOUT YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT
As a "Member" and/or the bundle "Coordinator" of your account, you can view and edit the following items by following the (3) steps below.
(1) Log in to the system.
(2) Click the WHITE ICON IMAGE above the "Login" text in the upper right corner at the top of the website.
(3) Click the "View Profile" link.
You will see the following links to manage your account.

There are (2) ways to log in the system.
Once you're logged in, click AGAIN on the WHITE ICON IMAGE above the "Login" text in the upper right corner at the top of the website.
Click the "View Profile" link.

COORDINATOR INFORMATION
COORDINATOR - Each company has a designated "Coordinator" in our system that was set up at the time of becoming a member. The "Coordinator" has access to do (2) things.
It's important that the "Coordinator" does an annual review of the members listed in your account to ensure their contact information is up to date and "ARCHIVE" the individuals who are no longer with your company.
The "Coordinator" can also register members in your bundle for the Annual Convention. See the instructions "Registering for the Annual Convention" below.
Instructions for the "Coordinator" to "ADD" or "ARCHIVE" individuals in your account.
It's the responsibility of the "Coordinator" to manage the people in your bundle by "ADDING" or "ARCHIVING" people in your bundle account.
LOG IN to your profile by going to: https://nysbca.com/Sys/Login.
Instructions Registering for the Annual Convention | For "Members", "Coordinator," or a "Non-Member"
To receive the Member Discounted Rate - your email must be in our system under one of our member categories.
TO REGISTER FOR NYSBCA ANNUAL CONVENTION
"Invoice Me" if you want to pay by check. Click the “VIEW/PAY INVOICE” button to download or print a copy of your invoice. Check payments will receive an email receipt once the check is received and processed.
"Pay Online" if you wish to pay by credit card. You will receive a paid receipt via email once your card has been charged.
Repeat if you need to register additional people. Click the "New Registration" button.
