This year marks the 71st anniversary of the NYSBCA Annual Convention—a signature event where the private school bus industry comes together to learn, network, and celebrate outstanding contributions to our field. We’ll kick things off in style at the Welcome Reception at The Bunker Saratoga—just a short walk down Broadway or a quick shuttle ride. Enjoy bites, cocktails, and plenty of networking with a playful twist as you test your swing on Trackman, the world’s leading golf simulator. From there, the program is packed with high-impact sessions and valuable opportunities to connect. Attendees will gain critical insights through legislative and regulatory updates, national perspectives on student transportation, and an EPA briefing from Michael Martucci. Expert-led sessions will cover risk management, employment law, and real-world experiences with school bus electrification. Futurist Erica Orange will energize the crowd with a dynamic keynote on AI and the future of work. Our Supplier Speed Networking session offers scheduled one-on-one meetings with contractors—a prime opportunity to showcase your products and services. The convention concludes with the Annual Awards Reception & Dinner, honoring colleagues who have made a lasting impact. Member Rate: Your email address must be in our member database as an NYSBCA member representative (in good standing) to receive the member rate. Your "Coordinator" of your membership account will be able to "add" you to your Company's membership bundle to receive the member rate. Click here for instructions.

NYSBCA offers a “Supplier Showcase” on Friday, October 24 to provide an opportunity for our Supplier members to connect in person with our school bus contractor members and industry colleagues to create new business relationships and strengthen existing ones.
The “Supplier Showcase” is an informal networking opportunity in a ballroom setting that includes 6' display tables. You are welcome to set up your table with your promotional materials and a tabletop display. Depending on the meeting room space for our general sessions, supplier “display tables” will be placed inside the meeting room or in the pre-function space near the NYSBCA registration area. Please review the Supplier Showcase Guide, which provides you with all the pertinent details regarding setup, breakdown, table assignments, shipping instructions, and AV orders.
To participate in the “Supplier Showcase,” you must be a member at the Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Lithium-ion level member. Basic-level members can upgrade their membership to participate. Email NYSBCA to upgrade your membership if you are at the "Basic" level and would like to participate.
Not a member? Click here to become a member and be eligible to participate in the supplier showcase and the speed networking session with contactor members. Please note membership is not prorated no matter what month you join. Your membership will renew annually on January 1st.

All supplier representatives attending the Annual Convention must also register as attendees. Complimentary attendee registrations are based on your supplier membership level. Additional representatives must be registered and paid for separately. If you hit your complimentary tickets, then you can select the "Early Bird Member Registration" option if you register before September 26. After September 26, you will select the "Member Registration" option.
Supplier members must log in to access their complimentary attendee registrations, which are based on their supplier membership level. If you are unsure of your supplier level, please send an email to NYSBCA.
Attention Supplier Members: If the system allows for additional complimentary registrations that are not part of your membership package, you will be invoiced for the complimentary attendee registrations that should be paid registrations. You cannot gift your complimentary registrations. Complimentary attendee registrations are only eligible for representatives within your company who have been added under your membership bundle in our system. Registrations will be monitored and cancelled if they do not follow our terms.
Speed Networking with Suppliers & School Bus Contractors Session
Friday, October 24, 2025 | 2:45 PM – 3:30 PM
The speed networking event aims to allow Suppliers to connect one-on-one with (3) Contractors to give your elevator pitch in 11 minutes to open the door and build a connection for further discussions. This is a fast-paced networking event. The Supplier's responsibility is to be prepared beforehand on how you want to maximize your time for each one-on-one session. This opportunity is for supplier members participating in the Supplier Showcase only. When you register for the supplier showcase, you will have the option to select "yes" to participate in the Speed Networking session.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received after October 3 are not eligible for a refund. Thank you for your donation to support NYSBCA. Refunds will not be available for no-shows. If you cannot attend, you may send an alternate without an additional charge. Email NYSBCA your replacement contact information no later than October 10. Cancellations received by October 3 in writing will be charged a $25.00 processing fee that will be deducted from your registration fee. There is NO refund for Supplier membership dues if you sign up to participate in the Supplier Showcase and are not able to attend.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, NYSBCA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registration to NYSBCA's use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or NYSBCA's images or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events activities. Unless you inform NYSBCA that you object, permission is assumed.
