NYSBCA’s Annual Convention has been held for over 60 years and has sustained through the support of our members and sponsors. Connect in-person to create new business relationships and strengthen existing ones with customers and industry colleagues. NYSBCA values our supporters and encourages you to participate in this high-profile event, featuring important content targeted at the student transportation industry.

Sponsorships range from $475 to $12,500. To attend the Annual Convention, registration is required in addition to your sponsorship. Depending on your sponsorship level, you will receive a discount on your attendee registration fee.

NYSBCA will email you your attendee discount code for sponsorship levels eligible to receive a discount off the attendee registration fee.

TIP ABOUT "CODES"

Sponsor Code: for last year's sponsors to purchase the same item from last year that is restricted to one sponsor. If there is NO lock icon on the sponsorship item, then you don't need a code.
Attendee Registration Code: For sponsorship items that list a benefit to receive a discount off the attendee registration fee.
