Registration

  • Bronze Supplier Members receive (1) Complimentary attendee registration as part of your bronze membership package. Log in to gain access to register.
  • Silver Supplier Members receive (3) Complimentary attendee registrations as part of your Silver membership package. Log in to gain access to register.
  • Gold Supplier Members receive
    (4) Complimentary attendee registrations as part of your Gold membership package. Log in to gain access to register.
  • Platinum Supplier Members receive (5) Complimentary attendee registrations as part of your Platinum membership package. Log in to gain access to register.
  • Lithium-ion Supplier Members receive (6) Complimentary attendee registrations as part of your Lithium-ion membership package. Log in to gain access to register.

NYSBCA Members: To access the member rate, you **must log in** to the system. Click here to log in.

Attendee Registration Rates:

  • Members: $395 (until 9/26) | $495 (after 9/26)
  • Non-Members: $495 (until 9/26) | $595 (after 9/26)

If the Member Rate is greyed out, the reasons are:

  • You are not logged into the system.
  • Your email is not in our system as a member. The "account coordinator" of your NYSBCA membership account will need to add your email to your company's membership bundle. Click here for instructions.
  • You are not a current member and do not have access to the discounted member rate.

Supplier Member Complimentary Attendee Registration Packages

Supplier members must log in to access their complimentary registrations, which are based on their supplier membership level. If you are unsure of your supplier level, please send an email to NYSBCA.

  • Bronze Supplier Members receive (1) complimentary attendee registration.
  • Silver Supplier Members receive (3) complimentary attendee registrations.
  • Gold Supplier Members receive (4) complimentary attendee registrations.
  • Platinum Supplier Members receive (5) complimentary attendee registrations.
  • Lithium-ion Supplier Members receive (6) complimentary attendee registrations.

Supplier Members: If the system allows for additional complimentary registrations that are not part of your membership package, you will be invoiced for the complimentary attendee registrations that should be paid registrations. You cannot gift your complimentary registrations. Complimentary attendee registrations are only eligible for representatives within your company who have been added under your membership bundle in our system. Registrations will be monitored and cancelled if they do not follow our terms.
